Our Trapeze™ suite of solutions can be utilized with, or separate to, existing document management systems. We give you the ability to work within different file types, large sizes, maps and drawings. You can browse, view, retrieve, annotate, manipulate, measure and redact . . . and then print your documents and images . . . either on your desktop, or over the web . . . as if it were paper in your hands.

Trapeze™ Desktop – a document viewer which gives you the ability to annotate, measure, draw, index, bookmark, create thumbnails and scan with document separator sheets. Comes with the Java® Edition for casual access and rapid viewing over the web.

Trapeze™ Webstreamer - You can web enable your document depository without requiring extra database or additional security . . . and combine high quality on-screen reproductions with fast download speeds to deliver scanned images over the web.

Trapeze Vault™ - a complete "out of the box" image repository management system. It is open and scalable for 1, or thousands of users . . . and you can build and create a complete online imaging database in 10 minutes, and use it within the hour. Includes all the features of the other solutions, as well as redaction.

Trapeze Vault Capture Pro – a batch capture add-on to Trapeze Vault, which enables users to quickly and simply scan and QA batches of documents – ideally suited for departmental and production scanning use.

Trapeze CaptureTRIM™– available through Tower Software, this solution has been developed as a tightly integrated batch scanning system for TRIM Context. It uses Trapeze’s unique Visual Scanning Management and One Touch Scanning to quickly and simply scan and QA batches of documents, with an indexing waizard that interactively maps fields to TRIM fields, and then automatically creates a record in TRIM.

Redaction tools – another Onstream solution

RapidRedact is a fast simple tool for irreversibly blanking out selected information from all electronic document types. It also completely removes all author’s changes and hidden data from “behind” the document. Since the content is no longer in the document, snooping or hacking into the file cannot reveal it.

RapidRedact provides businesses and government agencies with the ability to adapt their business processes to comply with the increasingly demanding regulatory requirements for transparency and privacy.

RapidRedact is a natural integration to the usual office applications, for any electronic document, and provides three functions essential for compliance with any legislative or regulatory requirement, such as the FOI, Privacy and Sarbanes Oxley Acts.

It enables the user to simply and quickly produce documents with sections of visible information “blanked out”, providing an auditable copy of the document, which shows the redactions made.
