Display of Complex Image Files
This
demonstration has been designed to illustrate the use of the Trapeze Desktop™ Java® Technology Edition applet.
The applet is embedded in the page using basic HTML tags. As with any applet,
the height and width, vertical and horizontal spacing, alignment and some
alternative text (displayed if the browser is not applet-capable) can be specified.
Note also that
the applet can be inserted into a table that has a coloured border. In this way
the applet can be integrated into the page in a manner that matches the existing
look-and-feel of the rest of your site.
Some aspects
of the internal appearance of the applet window can also be controlled by specifying various
applet parameters. For example, you may specify whether the applet should show a
panel containing a tree-view of bookmarks, and how wide this panel should be.
Other applet
parameters let you specify internal settings, such as the print resolution that
should be used by the applet when the user selects the applet's printing button.
